Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. We are working to expand international coverage in the future.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
What if an item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@larofield.com within 7 days. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within the first 2 hours. After fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.
